Shipping Method

UPS or USPS is our standard delivery method. (Does NOT apply to Kimchi refrigerator)

Express Shipping

Express shipping means that, if you order by credit card and we’ve got the item in stock (even more likely now), you will receive it in very short order. However, if it’s out of stock (either here or from the manufacturer), then you’ll have to wait for it regardless of the shipping method you choose.

International shipping

We currently ship only within the United States and we use either USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ship your package. International shipping is not available at the moment.

Post Office Boxes Shipping

Unfortunately, we do NOT ship to P.O Box.

Shipping & Handling Time

KimchiUS.com makes every effort to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. While the vast majority of orders arrive on schedule, please be aware that delivery may be impacted by product type, availability, warehouse locations, weather conditions, order hold status due to credit verification, or restricted, invalid or remote addresses.

From the time we receive the order and place it in our system, standard processing time to ship it is 1-3 business days. If some of the items are on back order, it can take an average of 10-14 business days for us to receive the back ordered items. Then standard processing time goes into affect.
Please note that Delivery time may vary due to weather condition, local habits and unexpected occurence.

Ground shipping usually takes up to 4-7 business days.
Express shipping may take up to 2-3 bussiness days.

**Please allow an additional day for orders placed on weekends, holidays.

Backorder Items

Backordered items usually take an average of 10-14 business days. If it is an extremely popular item, or it is an imported item, it may take longer.

Please note that back order arrival dates are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change and are not guaranteed. You will be notified via e-mail when the item(s) become available and ship from our warehouse.
